Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Planning

5. pre-Construction Advisory (PAC Process)
We’ll work closely with engineers, certifiers, and other consultants to ensure the project is technically sound. This process helps us plan every detail, ensuring no surprises along the way.
2. Project Discovery
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your project in more detail. This helps us understand your goals and ensures we’re the right fit for each other.

4. Review plans or schedule a design consultation
If you have existing plans, we’ll review them with you. Alternatively, we can arrange a design consultation with our in-house designer, to start crafting the perfect layout.
3. Project discussion & systems overview
During the call, we’ll go over the entire process, our systems, and how we’ll work together to bring your vision to life. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and clarify expectations.
Phase 2: Selections & Design Finalisation
5. Renders / Final Concepts (if applicable)
For clients who opt for rendered images, we provide final 3D concepts of your design to give you a clear view of what your finished home will look like.
2. Colour schemes
We’ll help you choose a cohesive colour scheme that flows seamlessly throughout your home, creating the ambiance you’ve always dreamed of.
1. Interior selections
From tapware and fixtures to tiles, cabinetry, and lighting, we’ll guide you through the selection process to match your style and vision.
4. Exterior colour scheme
Once the interior selections are finalised, we’ll move on to the exterior design, ensuring your home’s exterior matches the quality and style of the interior.
3. Cabinetry design & final touches
Our in-house designer will work with you to design custom cabinetry that complements the overall design. We’ll finalise all the details to bring your vision to life.
Phase 3: Construction & Craftsmanship
2. Milestone Walkthroughs
At key stages, including rough-in and final finishes, we guide you through your evolving home to confirm every detail meets expectations.
1. Transparent Project Oversight
We conduct regular on-site meetings, keeping you informed and ensuring every element aligns with our high standards.
4. Media Showcase
At completion, our media team will capture professional photos and videos of your new home, highlighting the design and attention to detail.
3. The Grand Reveal
Before handover, we conduct a meticulous final walkthrough, ensuring your new home is delivered to perfection.
Phase 4: Ongoing Care & Commitment
2. Homeowner’s Care Package
Upon completion, you’ll receive a personalised care package, including essential information about your home’s features, maintenance tips, and key contacts for future support.
1. Move-In Support
We ensure a smooth transition into your new home, remaining available to answer any final questions and provide guidance on settling in.
4. 12-Month Quality Assurance Check
A year after completion, we reconnect to ensure your home continues to meet our high standards and that you’re completely satisfied with every detail.
3. Warranty & Trade Support
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. If any warranty-related concerns arise, we’re here to assist and can connect you with our trusted trades for any additional work.
